March 21st no frame chased up,received response from Paul the following day, apology and assurance frame would be sent that day along with a tracking reference.Again quiet, no contact, no tracking number, no frame. Then nothing, phone in shop not working,e mails unanswered. March 9th work complete and final payment inc delivery paid. CCJ claim no is 239MC384.Ĭompany disable reviews on FB page! Awful.ĭelivered frame and fork 18th December 2017. I now have to pay out more money to a debt collection agency to recover my costs and am left with a £1200 Colnago master frame that is useless with no forks. They did not answer the court letters and have not paid the judgement against them. The cost of replacing the forks plus costs. I have been awarded a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against Ellis Briggs for £480. The forks have been lost or stolen but no more contact from Gibson or Ellis Briggs. Eventually Gibson emailed me to say he had retrieved the forks from the chromers and would be posting them to me the following day. A year later and streams of email excuses blaming the chromers I still have not got them back. ![]() In Nov ‘20 I sent Paul Gibson a pair of rare, valuable Colnago Master forks after receiving a quote for welding work. They could well rip you off as they have me. Do not give them your bikes or components for repair. ![]() Do not trust this business under any circumstances. ![]()
